@SLAG,

I just finished listening to the replay of Kyle's (@JustHuman) reading of Part V. Another thought provoking contribution...thank you. πŸ™πŸ»

I see your Constitutional Crisis Two unfolding differently. I agree with you that there can be no question or ambiguity concerning National Command Authority (NCA) decisions. I'm convinced that our government has undergone a devolution of authority and the military plays a key role in that current condition.

The PEADs governing the current devolved authority would certainly make crystal clear the appropriate chain of command for NCA decisions. Make no mistake there is no doubt about who has that responsibility.

If Plan B is necessary and the PEADs must be revealed, there still will be no question of NCA. My view differs from yours in that I think it will be handled as a National Security action. Hundreds or thousands of arrests will be made. The determination of Biden's illegitimacy will have already been made before a secret Grand Jury who would have already granted the indictments.

If Plan B must be revealed, it is a criminal/national security issue. I'm not certain that SCOTUS would play a role in those criminal trials and military tribunals. SCOTUS decides constitutional issues which arise from civil court cases.

Publicly televised criminal trials and military tribunals will be scheduled for years, but each hearing will be very short, disallowing lawyering delays. Evidentiary hearings will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that crimes and national security violations occurred. That will have already been confirmed by acknowledging a war condition occurred as a result of foreign interference in our elections which was facilitated by domestic enemies in our government and corporations. There will be many military detainments associated with that insurgency.

If Plan B is revealed, I suspect Sen Grassley may be appointed stewardship of a provisional government until national elections can be held with the military providing security and oversight of the election process. Hundreds of House and Senate seats will need to be filled.

The new federal government will be far smaller following the closure of many agencies and departments, and the arrest of many career government bureaucrats.

Anyway, that's just my opinion.
